THE MAIN EQUIPMENT:
one set of 8-ton free forging hammer, two sets of 3-ton forging hammers, one set of 4,000-ton friction pressure machine, 5 pieces of 1,000-ton friction presses, and one set of 5-ton electro-hydraulic die hammer, and medium frequency induction heating; more than100 sets of machining lathes, and more than 20 sets of heat treatment well type and chamber type electric furnaces, which ensure complete heat-treatment process, like normalizing, annealing, hardening and tempering.
The test equipment is complete with physical and chemical laboratory, optical microscope, supersonic wave nondestructive flaw ***ection and magnaflux. We are able to do mechanical test, metallurgical phase picture, electronic infrared temperature measurement meter and hardness meter, etc.
